- Full Name: Undead Penguin Specimen Number 207
- More Commonly Known As: 207
- Age: Unknown
- Gender: Male
- Origin: Antartica
- Colours: White, red and black
- Background: He was an accidental result of experiment, conducted by humans. The experiment involved cloning animals in order to repopulate the planet from the damage caused by global warming, especially impacting on the North and South Poles. The experiment inevitably went wrong and the evil soul inhabited an empty shell of a mummified penguin corpse.
- Family: Single. No children and possibly never able to have the ability of breeding because the penguin's body is in fact dead. There is no past history for this character because he is merely a mutation.
- Employment: He does not work as noone will employ him.
- Likes: Causing trouble.
- Dislikes: Seeing or hearing other penguins happy and content.
- Hobbies/Interests: He spends his time wandering like a lonely soul and making life miserable for other characters When he becomes angry, a red mist seems to descend on the character and it seems he will do ANYTHING to get what he wants, and will not stop until he achieves his goal.
- Cultural Background: It is believed that the evil soul came from the cloned penguin, therefore it would have no background. However the penguin that the soul mutated from was from Antartica, as was it's predecessors, and appeared to lead a very normal life. It can be questioned whether he was happy previously though.
- Class: He is in a class of his own.
- Religious Views: There is some form of afterlife after death. While content beings leave the world and passover into the afterlife, the unhappy victims of life remain as wandering lost souls on the planet desperately seeking closure.
- Diet: He feeds off of the bad thoughts and memories of his victims. He does not need to eat real food or breathe real air because he is just an evil and lost soul in a borrowed body.
