My Villain Idea Number 1

The first idea I have decided to design and create is a penguin. This is because animals, for example Scar out of the Lion King, have been very memorable to the target audience. Also, looking at my research, there are not many evil penguin characters out there on the market currently so it should be fairly easy to produce a unique idea.  I have created a research board to help reflect on how I would go about modelling and animating my character if it was to be a penguin and what kind of form it could take:

The next step is to take the aspects I have discovered during the character analysis phase and apply them to a penguin model. The image below shows sketches of possible character creations:
